TRAINING
METHODOLOGY
Often in many institutions, you are taught what the faculty knows, and not what you need to learn. However, academic institutions do usually offer the resources, time and space necessary for depth and creativity when you are so inclined.
On the other hand, in commercial institutions, the educational system is cramped by a rigid framework, leaving you with little scope for creative thinking or getting answers to your questions, as and when they come up which is not the best way to learn. However, they do, usually, make sure you are exposed to the essentials before you leave.
We offer well designed destinations, with the pre-requisites to turn the potential of a human being into skilled performance on the job.
In such a fast changing environment, Integrated National Development In Action (I.N.D.I.A) Trust, A NATIONAL PUBLIC NGO is constantly at work to bring what is latest and relevant, for the opportunities available and necessary to the trainees.
Today, there is a strong trend towards requiring students to have prescribed On job training experience between their first degree and taking up an employment. Secondly the experience gained by the trainees before landing into a job enriches teaching and learning process and brings theory to life.
Also, neatly packaged training materials, exercises and projects ensure that you learn what you need. At the same time, the Academy provides you with ample scope for creative exploration and student participation.
